BLUE YELLOW WORLD
Why are there blue and yellow foam poles at so many riding arenas and indoor riding arenas? And why are the hats always blue and yellow?
Horses have a different anatomy than humans. Our eyes are also structured differently than those of us humans. The horse is a flight animal and must therefore recognize an attacker as early as possible. In addition, the ability to see contours is particularly well developed in horses. On the other hand, horses see colors worse than humans. Only the colors BLUE and YELLOW can be easily recognized by horses. In order to train the brain dual, i.e. in both hemispheres, we use BLUE and YELLOW obstacles alternately.

The first right-left changes for the horse begin with flag work. By moving the horse's head and neck towards the flag, which is swung back and forth in front of the head, the horse begins to consciously look at the flag with its eyes. It should walk straight at an even pace, only moving its head and neck towards the pin.
